Tony Barretto, Britney’s former bodyguard, attending a hearing today with his attorney, Gloria Allred. He was there to testify against Britney in the ongoing custody dispute war with K-Fed.
Instead of being questioned by the court or challenged by Britney’s lawyers, a previous declaration Barretto signed was entered as evidence. The declaration alleges that ‘Britney engaged in
nudity, drug-use, and safety issues post-rehab.’
According to Allred, Britney’s lawyers did not challenge the veracity of the claims.
Childrens’ Services representatives were present in court, to the surprise of Britney’s legal counsel.
At a hearing just two weeks ago, Spears attorney Laura Wasser told the court, “I spoke to [DCFS attorneys] Paul Harris and Doug Hunter, who both said they are not going to pursue anything on this.” She later told Usmagazine.com, “I don’t think they [the DCFS] had anything to appear about.”
